Our residents, Architectural Emporium, have specially designed Kempston Street Works with lighting, furniture and colour to define the key spaces and a simpler aesthetic for the working areas. The design references the surrounding mix of activities, textures and facades, whilst also making a new statement on the street, suggesting a new creative direction.

Kempston Street Works is a collaborative, co-working space with opportunities for both new residents and hotdesking clients. Our tenants are a creative bunch. We share the same working ethos and open mindset that allows us to work together and independently. Anyone is welcome to drop in and get to know us before becoming a resident of the space.

All residents are keyholders and have 24-hour access to the building, including the meeting room, zoom pods, bathrooms and shower room. For those looking to hotdesk, our regular opening hours are between 8am and 6pm. Hotdesking clients have access to the building’s amenities during these times.
