Do tenants get 24-hour access?

Yes. Permanent residents and keyholders benefit from flexible 24-hour access to the building. Hot desk users can access the space during standard opening hours.

Is the space suitable for creative businesses?

Absolutely. Kempston Street Works was created as a collaborative hub for creative professionals, digital businesses, consultants, freelancers, and growing companies. Existing residents include businesses across architecture, marketing, branding, engineering, and events.

Can I book a meeting room?

Yes. Meeting rooms and Zoom pods are available for residents and members to use for client meetings, calls, presentations, and collaborative sessions.

Is there parking nearby?

While there is no dedicated on-site parking, there are several public parking options within walking distance of the building, along with excellent cycling access and secure bike storage onsite.

Can I visit before joining?
